eToys is definately on my BAD list. I placed an order with them before Christmas and within their "order by ___ and items will be received by Christmas deadline" and I finally got my items TODAY. Merry Christmas to my son. Their CS wouldn't do anything for me. I got the "we're just really busy now" line from them.
