Notebook Chill Pad/Mat Advice

I'm looking to buy a Notebook Chill Pad/Mat and need some G|A experienced advice.

Is the Targus Notebook Chill Mat the way to go, or is it too noisy? Anyone use the Antec USB-Powered Notebook Cooler? I've also seen the DataStor Notebook Cooling Pad.

Any G|A'ers have experience with any of these or other notebook cooling devices?

I've been halfass looking myself but want one so it won't cook "the boys" while it's actually in my lap.

I've seen a few foam type devices that might do the trick, but an actually chillermat with builtin fans, etc.
