First court date this Friday!

for those who remember the story about my friends. who were killed by there older son in February of this year. the forensic exam is set for Friday june 27 . this is to find out if he is competent to stand trial. on 2 counts of first degree murder and 2 counts of felony murder! i hope is is able to go to trial this sob !

Im going Friday . the other son i seen this last week. he has some problems but is refusing any help .he is of legal age so all we can do is sit by and wait till he is willing to ask for are help :(
he is 18 now and just wants to party with friends not a good thing .

No, it's not. He isn't dealing with his emotions. That's sad.

I do hope he is fit to stand trial too. But I also hope he gets the help he needs too.

went to court today . will be 3 months before they have a new court date .today they said at this finding hearing he is not mentally fix to stand trial right now. what all this means is he can't understand what the trials all about at the moment. BS is what i say. he did look just like grizzly Adams when he came out in shackles today. long hair and wild looking but clean and full beard. was like 1 or 2 in the afternoon by the time i got out of the court. and the whole hearing in front of the judge took all of 10 mins . but we did speak to the D.A.for 20-30 mins. in a meeting before and after the hearing. I'm glad do i know the detectives in charge of the case personal. so they gave me some incite before as to what to expect.not that i was able to tell the family.
