My company wants to have a seminar where we can broadcast what we are doing, then have users comment on what is going on in the room via phone. I have the webcasting part down using my own equipment, however I was thinking that instead of purchasing some software that will allow us to webcast and interact with users via one system, it might be better to have a 1-800 number that users can call and they can just watch the webcast via their computer. Has anyone had any experience with this? I want to keep it as simple as possible for the viewer.
Thank you.

Sure, there are a bunch of companies that offer this service. My company uses Intercall - http://www.reservationless-plus.com
We use Webex or LiveMeeting for the web portion, and Intercall for the voice portion.
