So my Monday Night Pool League team won the Brooklyn/Queens APA Local Team Championship for 9-Ball. Nice Trophies, and we win a trip (flight and 5 nights at the Riviera) to Vegas to compete in the annual National Tournament. Yowza! I'll have to pick me up some books on Blackjack and Texas Hold 'em before I go so I don't look like a total idiot.

Good job! I'm sure it will go well. Haha always hit on 9. ;) naw, there are some good books. Black jack is more fun and relaxing and you can play a short period of time and move on. With poker, you usually need to settle in to do well and that can be a few hours. I'd say just worry about black jack. thats where the fast money is.

I say learn to play craps. It has the best odds in the casino when playing against the house.
