Happy 4th of July!!!

Does anyone have any big plans for the weekend?

I am heading to Tokyo for a long weekend. I should have planned better and I might have been able to setup a very mini G|A get together. It won't be the last time I go to Tokyo, though. :)

I hope everyone has a happy and safe 4th of July!


BTW - I guess one of the benefits of being 13 hours ahead of the East coast, is that I get to be the first to post a happy 4th of July thread! :P :)

Happy early 4th. I wish to be able to visit Japan one day. My great grandfather is from Osaka. Maybe in the near future, shortly after graduation. Have fun. :)

I told my wife I was in the mood to cook up some good steaks. She picked up some inch-thick porterhouses that grilled up perfect. They were tender and juicy. :lick: For those, I opened up a bottle of reserve cabernet sauvignon that I had been saving for a special meal. Made for a delicious early dinner.

I got to go to Coronado for the fireworks show...it was nice! :)

Fireworks at the SD Fair was pretty awesome, better than last year. :)

i took my lovely gf to see the beach boys in AC, then we went to a nice dinner. we didn't see fireworks because we couldn't wait thru the rain, but it was a good time :)

After the fireworks, KC and the Sunshine Band played. Brought back a lot of memories. Also started making me feel old. :) :(
