I am looking for free or cheap software to swap the title to the artist and the artist to the title, preferably batched. This is for Karaoke MP3 files.

You can use the 'Filename -> Tag' function to get the artist and title from the MP3 filename and create the tag from it. All you do is reverse the order. So if it's %title% - %artist%, change it to %artist% - %title%. You can do a lot more with this software and it's free.
