If it doesn't and you have a harbor freight in your area you can pick up the same meter for $4.99. They are cheap, but heck for under $5.00 it's hard to go wrong. I've got one that I picked up on sale for even cheaper last year.

Well, this one actually came today. Interestingly enough, the "brand" on the instruction sheet is Cen-tech (same as Harbor Freight sells, and identical to the one linked above). Vicor just stuck their name over the Cen-tech name on the face of the meter. Cheap (I think Harbor Freight just had them on sale for $3), but free is never bad. :)
