I saw that the other day. So my fiancee and I were wondering...the stuff on the bathroom floor...WTF is it? Looks like piles of shaving cream. I'm hoping it's not piles of used toilet paper. That would be more disgusting than anything else in there, and that's saying a lot.

It seems to be vandalized rather than someone living in that filth. The cigarettes make it seem that way, as the butts were all dumped out rather than put out where they were smoked.
