Sap on my car

Anybody know of a good way (or good product) to get sap off your car?

Just noticed it today as I washed it. Must have started getting on my car in the last two months. Baked in by sun! :sad:

Looks like tiny little specks all over my hood and windshield.
was able to scrape off windshield with a blade. Dont know what to do on hood.

Whats worse, is I will have to give up my sweet parking spot at work!:sad: :sad:
