Thunderstorm in San Diego...

Anyways, I'm hearing the thunder and it honestly sounds closer than anything I've heard before...and I'm originally from Houston.

Insanity....

And...it just set off a car alarm. Wow.

Wishing it would rain hard. Got a few hard sprinkles in Carlsbad and that's it so far. Last thunder I heard here was ages ago. Wish it was like Ohio, now there is a state with some great clapping sounds.

Woke me up at 6:30am. Rained moderately for an hour and stopped. I heard there was a tree that caught fire maybe by the 15. On my morning walk I heard the clouds above me rumbling a bit but no cloud to ground stuff.

yea its craaazy.. saw the tree on fire in rancho bernardo..rain in SD is like the gubment trying to pass the 700 billion dollar bailout bill.. just doesnt happen

yeah yeah yeah....just because you're on the East coast (right?) where it has a thunderstorm every other day....:)

But yeah...it seriously sounded like someone was taking a hammer and hitting a tin roof right outside our door.
