Cuddles hit a parked car last year while driving in California on cute Louisiana license. Bodacious attorney says Cuddles didn't meet the state's residency requirements and was within the law.

But prosecutors say the 2000-year-old had gotten married, had two children and filed for divorce in Los Angeles, and was ostensibly a California resident.

Cuddles did not attend any of the two-day trial.
