Vintage bike racing in a beautiful facility (http://barbervintagefestival.org/index.html), a world-class motorcycle museum (http://barbermuseum.org/), an airshow by the Aeroshell Acrobatic Team (http://www.naat.net/) - Saturdays don't get any better than this!
Until you get a guided 17 mile group demo ride on this:

A 2008 Triumph Rocket III Touring - with a 2.3-liter(!) engine making over 130 foot-pounds of torque at the back wheel.
I have driven some good-running cars and ridden some fast motorcycles over the years, but I have never ridden anything that pulled as hard and as effortlessly as that Rocket III does! It is almost turbine-smooth as well.
