I wasn't expecting much, but this game turned out to be awesome. Brett Favre showed his veteran poise to edge out the Patriots in OT. Matt Cassell made a lot of fantasy football fans happy by throwing a nearly flawless game. The pass and catch from Cassell to Moss with 1 second to go in the game was epic. Moss only caught 3 all day, but the last one was well worth his weekly paycheck. All in all, amazing play on both sides with the Jets just barely pulling it out.
Anyone else see it?

oh yeah. very very good game. was glad the jets won because if the ravens lose this weekend, the colts will have the edge in the wild card race

It was a good game and prevent D almost cost the Jets the game.

Being a Jets fan, giving up that TD right before the half, I had the feeling it was going to be a long night. Then Law playing off Moss on the last play had me nearly pulling my hair out! Thankfully we win the toss and march the field in OT! Great game.

As a fan of football, I really hate the coin toss deciding the game.

He's such an attention whore. It's all about wacky Deion when he's on screen I think.

I agree. I wish that the NFL would change the sudden death rule to read "A team wins when they take possession of the ball while holding the lead". If a team wins the toss and gets far enough down the field to score a field goal (or TD), the other team then ends up with the equal opportunity.

If Cassel continues to progress and play like he did at the end of that game, we could have a controversy next year in Patsville. The guy's a free agent at year's end, and its could be a gamble betting on Brady after that knee injury. Look how Carson Palmer has fared since his return, for example. Pats may have some real tough decisions to make. They don't want that guy QB'ing the Jets next year.
