Gnocchi

Is what the wifey made yesterday! She also made a homemade blush sauce which went perfectly with the gnocchi. So...good!

MMMmmmm. The italian restaurant near my old apartment made some really good gnocchi. Is it hard to make?

It's not hard....but it's a bit time consuming. It definately goes better with another person helping.
