Garmin GPS - lifetime traffic

i just read on a forum that garmin is giving lifetime traffic away free now on there GPS it use to cost like $60 a year anyone here hear this or know about it ?
i have a Garmin c550 that i got last year and payed for a year of lifetime traffic. if this is true its great news. the site i was at http://gpspassion.com/fr/default.asp?_SetCurrentVersion=EN

Read my hands on Garmin nuvi 755T review for my impressions of the ad supported traffic feature. I've also posted a hands on Garmin nuvi 265WT review which discusses this feature.

What Garmin didn't tell us when they announced the nuvi 7x5 series and the latest nuvi 2x5 models, is that the lifetime traffic feature would be ad-supported. PC Magazine got hold of a nuvi 755T to review and had this to say:

They end with a 5 on the model number and it's ad supported. Hmm..tempting.

the 350 is a down grade from the model i own now .so i don,t believe they even try to swap me into it.

Nice, I just got a 205w on black Friday. But traffic is an add-on, so I wonder if I buy it if it will also be lifetime...
