comcast mail today

anyone else having problem getting there email tonight ?

Hey reno, you seem to always be getting the same crappy service from Comcast that I get from TimeWarner.

and its the only service i can get at my place to :(
i need to call hem tomorrow i have 2 complaints now no email and also the digital cable box i just got and tryed to setup today wont work to .and they are charging $35 to make a house call even if its there equipment is the problem . this is every time they come out for the same problem they never fixed right in the first place .

I've had TW at my place 15 times this year. For cable, internet and phone problems. I've had two escalations where they send the top dog out here. My problems are tiling and sometimes the net cuts in and out. Nets ok now, but I still have the tiling prob. They gave me RR turbo at no charge, free showtime, (which sucks), and I've never been charged for a service call. They also credited me $40, and gave me a month of free service for my bundle.

Still sucks with the cable though, and no NFL Network. :(

well a little system back dating and some reloading of programs it's working .may have a problem with firefox now last time i just tryed useing it as my browser today i got a error message .but i have got my email working again .now to do some more tweaking of my computer programs and i see where i stand.
