Airport Security Level: Orange ... 7+ YEARS?

I'm sitting at ATL listening to the announcements, and they keep looping the "Security level: orange" announcement, not to leave you bags unattended. Do you think we'll ever see yellow? Green? What incentive does TSA have to drop it? I'm just coming to grips that there are probably only going to be 2 colors: orange and red.

What are your thoughts on the future of this?
