Damn....what happened to my boys? They really looked like crap today. I thought it was going to be a good game. Then that great play at the beginning of the second half, only to be followed by a fumble returned for a touchdown.
Well, we'll see everyone next year. Gonna sulk in my beer. :(

The Dolphins have really turned things around this season. Not sure how far they can go in the playfoffs but they should be even better next year as the team gets to work together even more. I am excited about the Bolts- Colts game next week. The Chargers are finally playing like they are capable of.

What, were you worried that if Brady and the Pats were in, the Squealers wouldn't stand a chance? You'd be right. ;) :D

Gooooo RAIDERS! :)
Oh wait shoot... sigh... back into my cave...
I guess i'm pulling for the falcons. I had a few bucks on them to win it all at the beginning of the year at 200 - 1. So that could pay off good.

The Raiders would be a good team, but they can't put all of the thugs on one team and keep them happy. And no one wants to live in Oakland!

Go Chargers since that's my local team.
Hopefully my 49ers are going to make the playoffs next year since the NFC West is rather weak.
BTW the Patriots just suffered a SB loser curse with a 11-5 record.

He was released from the hospital on Sunday. If he can get hit by a car and recover, I doubt he will have any problems with this injury.
BTW - NE still svcks! :D

Correction: No one wants to live on the low-part of Oakland. Anybody with money that lives in Oakland lives in the hills (ie: the Montclair area).
I am a Raiders season ticket holder and I can only hope Al catches a cold or something else and hands over the reigns to someone else who doesn't have their head up their ass. That is the only way the Raiders are really going to turn around. That said, I've already put down my deposit for my seats next year.
As for the cowboys, I was loving every minute of that game. I personally have a pot of dirt from the site of the new stadium in Arlington, and I make sure to urinate on it every week in salute.

Don't count on it. These types of turnarounds are very rarely followed up with an encore. They may end up around .500 next year but won't make the playoffs.
If the Skins can't make the playoffs at least I have the satisfaction of seeing the Cowgirls choke again at the end of the season. Oh well, I guess I have to pull for the Panthers now. Yawn!

My Patsies being knocked out (the first 11-5 team to miss the playoffs since 1985, f'ing B***S*** :splat: ), I can only console myself by rooting against the teams I hate.
That being said, was mighty pleasant watching Peyton Manning get knocked out against all odds. Now we just need someone to put that whiny little B**** LT out next week, and then the Steelers as well. And with any luck, the Giants and the Ravens as well. Then I can accept this year's season in peace.
I hope Eli is sent home on his short bus of shame. That is the only thing that will make me happy.

Take a chill pill man. The Pats should have been in the playoffs but they couldn't catch a break with the other wildcard teams. They played awesome when everyone thought that they wouldn't since Brady went down. It's unfortunate that they didn't make the playoffs because then it would be a much bigger deal that they did so well without him. But **** just happens in the NFL, which explains how my mediocre-record Chargers made it into the playoffs.
LT is one of the most solid people in the NFL so please, try to stay civil. Please?

No, LT is a whiny little punk :pfft: . And every year it seems he's got an injury to milk which he always makes sure everybody knows about come playoff time.
(Its sports fandom, dude. Civility has no place here. :D )

NE usually plays in a weak arse division and this year they had some competition which did not work out well for them. I think it is great that they are sitting at home watching the playoffs! :D :wavey2:

<cough cough>14 players on IR, including their starting QB, RB, top lineman (plus a couple other starters), top linebacker (plus a couple other starters), top safety...<cough cough>
Miami lucked out, in that they got to meet us early before all the new pieces had a chance to come together. We'll be fine next year, and the rest of the league will be s****ing bricks again. :bandit:

Patriots got what their coach deserved. That guys a sheister. I don't really dislike any of the players, but I am glad they can sit home this off season. I don't like teams that cheat their way to success, especially when they don't need to.
Oh well, there goes Atlanta. Stupid safety call. and yes LT seems to always have something to complain about on the field. I'm just hoping Eli gets dumped on his butt and i'll really turn the tv off after that and not care.

Oh please. Yeah, all there success was just because of cheating. Uh huh.
And as for Atlanta, "rape stand" dude. That's all I got to say, "rape stand." Like you can complain about a team member's character after THAT little fiasco :hehehmm: .

No, the Pats didn't cheat their way to success, but they did get what they deserve. Was kinda sh*ty the way they would go for it on 4th in order to score 7 instead of kicking the field goal or go on 4th instead of punting even though they were up by like 2-3 touchdowns. Or keeping Brady in the entire game even though there was no real chance of an opposing team coming back for a win.
That's what made seeing the Giants beat them in the SB that much better, and I hate the Giants.

Maarchk didn't mention any player's character. In fact, he said "I don't really dislike any of the players" when speaking about NE. He also stated that "I don't like teams that cheat their way to success, especially when they don't need to". He never said that their success was due to cheating he said that they did not need to cheat to win but they did anyway which, in my opinion, was the sad part.

Maarchk didn't mention any player's character. In fact, he said "I don't really dislike any of the players" when speaking about NE.I didn't say "player," I said "team member," which to me meant to include the coaching staff, who he was criticizing.
He also stated that "I don't like teams that cheat their way to success, especially when they don't need to". He never said that their success was due to cheating he said that they did not need to cheat to win but they did anyway which, in my opinion, was the sad part.Perhaps its how you read the semantics, but to me, "I don't like teams that cheat their way to success" implies that they owe their success primarily to cheating, regardless of what was said thereafter.
