Looks to me like you have a minimum font size set for your browser and that messes up the page. I have that problem with some pages. Try holding down the alt key while rolling our mouse wheel towards you. If that fails, check the font settings. You might also not have a font the page calls for and your substitute font is not working well with the page layout.

it's control-scroll. and it actually seemed to have fixed itself on friday. then this morning, bestbuy.com didn't work. but now it seems like it's working. I have no clue what's going on.
