If I think that one person is emailing me from two accounts how can I figure if I'm right?

Is there something in the headers that can let me know?

theres no way to know 100 percent .only way to know forsure and its not 100 % is a ip address

Depends on your email client, look for "Show full headers" or "Original format" or something.
