I went to Avis and they had a place to put in a coupon code.
I imagine all the other do too. I need to pick up the card at Orlando International Airport (MCO)

Most of the Deals sights don't list car rentals.

Hertz: FRDM (from $29 for compact car)

Alamo: coupon code - FA45 for 1 free day with 4 day rental (mid-sized and up)
coupon code-D86A $15 off with at least 3 days rental.

Enterprise: rental type "0" Souce Code "#TL2886" - $9.99 for compact car, $14.99 standard, or $19.99 full size with 3-5 day rental. Must have Sat and Sun rental. Not unlimited milage (150 mi/day + $.20/mi after).

Haven't used these codes myself, but see if they work.

Also, got to http://www.travelocity.com, http://www.expedia.com, or http://www.cheaptickets.com to compare prices and get better deals than the actual web sites.

FYI: Avis and Hertz tend to be the most pricey by far of the major companies.
