crucial ram ?

i order two sticks of pc2-6400 2 gig from them for this computer. they have arrived and were installed 3 days ago about .
when they arrived they felt way lighter then the pc2-3500 ram i used in the old mb.
well one of the sticks is dead and the second stick seems to be a bit flakey.
has the quality of there ram gone down and its just a name thats im buying now. the sticks were made in china.

Crucial has one of the best warranties in the RAM business. If they don't work, send them back.

It's possible you get ahold of a bad batch.

Yeah, I buy tons of Crucial ram & I can't remember the last time I got any bad stuff... send it back.

I had a Crucial 8GB HDSD card that went bad. They sent a replacement.
