Prevent Auto Connection To Wireless network

There are two wireless networks in range of my house that are unsecured. For some reason even when setting those to manual and moving them down the list of preferred networks my laptop tries to connect to them. Anyone know how to prevent my laptop from connecting to them. If I right click and choose repair it drops that connection and picks up my network. Thoughts????
