KBGear won't honor JamCam Jr rebate?!?!?!?!

my next question to this &$@#%! is why they are still distributing the friggin rebate form that says that it is good for purchases thru 06/31/2001 - the page is still up!

Contest the charge with your credit card company. File a complaint with planetfeedback.com and the better business bureau for false advertising and tell them you want instructions to return the item to them.

done already complained at planetfeedback. ordered it through a middleman, and it's the mf offering the rebate, so i can't contest the charge. bbb is a great idea, but i can't seem to locate a place on the web to talk to them - anyone know the url?
