Well 72 tries for $2500 makes him a pretty cheap gigolo. For < $35/pop, I'd hope she's not too bad.

it would suck for the neighbor having sex with the wife not get the money AND finding out his kids aren't his.

just for the sake of finding out the kids aren't his would i give the money to the neighbor in sympathy.
