Hey Gotapexers!

I'm looking for some decently priced Dell Rackmount Systems. I've been seeing them starting in the 2k range. Anyone have any better pricing they've seen anywhere?

Sure - you can get them for CHEAP if you don't need new.

The 1950s & 2950s are best, and you can get those starting at just over $1k.

If you want more bang for your buck, look at resellers like http://ebay.epcusa.com/ - they sell off lease machines for real cheap.

Does your data center require rack mount? (Our's does.) We got a couple SC1435s from the Dell Outlet for darn cheap - $1600 with Windows Server 2003 Web Edition. They're not the most powerful, but work great for web servers.
