Just a quick tip for anyone looking to get into IT -

Sharepoint is HOT. Brush up on Sharepoint skills, not web design. This is one of the very few areas of growth within IT (along with Peoplesoft & high level security).

I'll agree with that. However, from a non-developer's perspective, there seems to be a vast difference in versions as far as capabilities. Make sure your training accomodates.
