CSS Problem with IE6

Any CSS experts here? I'm working on a website, first time ever doing a website in CSS but the content area of the page falls under the navigation in IE 6 looks fine in IE7 and Firefox. Can someone help. Here is the website, http://www.pilipinaskomagbagotayo.com

The main problem is IE6.

Do you know if there is work around to this in IE6.

Display a special page for them that tells them to use a browser that does better than say 20/100 on http://acid3.acidtests.org/. Really IE6 is more of a file navigator with some HTML ability than a browser.
