Made my first souffle last night

Cheese souffle to be exact....AND IT DIDN'T FALL! Woo! :)

It was very surprising to me that something could be so light texturally and yet so heavy as a dish....:)

unfortunately I didn't get a picture of it before I ate it. I was excited to taste my creation! :)

I'll be making a chocolate souffle soon though...so I'll take a picture of that!
