okay so heres the deal.

back in school taking some classes.

one this semester is Business Law. Have aced it hardcore all semester. A's on everything 95%+ average going into the final. bombed the final!!! and i am pretty sure that the answers i gave were correct, i think that there was a glitch i the scoring, test was done online scored automatically. Anyways i got an 82% on it and i am pissed. I was able to view my answers and the "Correct" answerers and i am still convinced i am right. sent the teacher an email but have not heard back, it is a Sunday after all. I'm sure ill still get an A in the class but to me 82% is embarrassing. just all jazzed up, prob wont sleep tonight.

Really how do you go through the entire class knowing all the correct answers all the time and then miss a good chunk of the questions when they are worth more points??? grrrr so frustrated!!!!!!!!!

I'm sure it'll all work out fine, if there really is a problem, which i am convinced there is, the teacher will fix it. He is one of the best professors i have had in all my current and previous college experiences. Awesome guy, very knowledgeable. And if i am "wrong" i can make a very compelling argument as to why i am still right. Thats the beauty of the law, as along as you can logically justify yourself, your right!!! :) either way if i completely font get my way, ill still get the A in the class overall but will forever be disenchanted with life!!! LOL a bit drastic but ill stick to that story for AT LEAST a few days!!!! /RANT

serenity now, insanity later.

were the questions multiple choice, or short-answer type deals where you can get partial credit?

If you'll end up getting an A anyway I wouldn't worry about it. The only thing written in stone is the grade you get for the course.

it was the multi choice that was scored that i idndt agree with

the short answers need to be done manually by the instructer.

update:

so i met with the teacher today. talked to him about the questions. it was as i suspected in most of the ones i got wrong. there was an error in the scoring process and it marked me wrong by mistake wheni in fact had the correct answer. a few tohers i happened to be right on and the intended answer was less then correct. my grade jumped huge, from like an 82 to a 96 on the final!! so damn happy even those points didnt mean that much, i just like to be right, the biggest thing was i thought i understodd the material so well and then to bomb out on the final just killed me. not i not only got my confridence back but an extra few perscentage points!!! yahooo!!!!

excellent. i had an exam that was graded poorly by a lazy teacher and i never challenged it. should have as it made the different between me graduating with a 3.3 and a 3.29.
