I have scanned it. Can not attach to the post. I got it from CompUSA store. Nothing on the coupon that says copies (of the rebate form) not accepted.
Can attach in standard email or will check back to learn how to attach JPG file.

Which are the purchase dates when the rebate is valid? Does the rebate apply only to purchases made in Comp USA? I bought one of these from Staples last week and found no MIR information in the box or at Staples.

Maybe I can go to Comp USA and pick one rebate form.

CompUSA sales only 1/21-1/28. That is how I got the rebate form. Just ordered one form buy.com. Thought I could use the CompUSA form for the rebate. Had to buy one from CompUSA and cancel the buy.com order.

Also a $20 rebate on the linksys site, but only good until 1/31 I believe. Check the sitemap for the promotions section for rebate.

For those individuals who opt against getting into a shouting match with the Staples CSR, over price matching on instant rebates, shipping charges etc.

Have you considered the SMC SMC7004BR for $99.95 + $5.95 ground shipping.
The main advantage 4 port router with a print server. (a definite plus)

I tried getting the Linksys and the Netger from Staples on a price match.
After numerous calls and frustration, I choose the SMC.

Just me two cents.

The $20 rebate at the linksys site was valid only this 12/31/00 ( the 1/31/00 date is the last valid post marked date)

No rebates unless you buy it from CompUSA
