Except it would be hard to conceal 5 mentos inside the cap. The beauty of this one is the "stealth".

Hmmm... so if you did that & threw the bottle, would it explode in a foamy mess? Or is the bottle strong enough to hold in the pressure?

I think it would hold it in for a while, until it actually blows up.... kinda like this dry ice experiment (same idea i think...gas expanding)
