I am now on my 2nd order from TWEC. Let me just tell you that they take their time. The first time I ordered Shenmue from them and got it about a month later. I ordered Grandia 2 from them on 12/18 and still have had no new information about shipping, etc. I went crazy e-mailing them about Shenmue also, sending about 20 e-mails before I had a response.

One last thing, these experiences I have had only deal with videogames; I hear that they are better with CDs, but still by no means speedy.

The bottom line is that their prices are great, but when you have to wait 4-6 weeks for the thing, who cares if you save a few dollars. So, caveat emptor.

They are always very slow with me and cancel my orders without telling me and then are real mean when I asked them why they cancelled my order.
They were especially bad with cancelled orders around christmas time, but 25% is 25%, so I'll keep ordering from them...
