Normally, the charge is $3.95 for any amount, but for this back to school season, these guys have dropped their prices to just $0.99! Simply select from one of the merchants, order a $50 or more gift/super certificate and the handling fee will be dropped down to just $0.99. This is ONLY for the back to school merchants that are participating but it's not limited to just 1 or 2 stores. You have Buckle (fashion), Old Navy (apparel), Barnes & Noble (books), T.J. Maxx (also includes Marshalls, HomeGoods and A.J. Wright), Papa Johns (pizza), CVS, Footlocker, Staples and Land's End. You can also choose the e-SuperCertificate right above Footlocker, below T.J. Maxx, which is basically any store on their site. Keep in mind that this doesn't necessarily HAVE to be for back to school... Just saying is all.
