Depends on what we're eating... Salad... eh.. not really. Sushi? Oh baby... lock the doors and fasten your seat belts.

Large but the scale says otherwise. :D I guess that is what you get when you exercise regularly.

If I have food next to me say while at the computer, I will probably eat all of it (one day a whole apple pie disappeared). But overall, I certainly don't eat as much as I used to in high school or college. Typical breakfast back then:
Bowl of cereal (corn flakes, raisin bran- something healthy)
Banana
Two peanut butter and jam sandwiches (whole grain bread)
Glass of juice.
My metabolism is not as amped up as it used to be. But my pants are only two inches bigger than they were then- and I just went to my 30(!) year Class Reunion.
I want to be small.
But after 5 small meals, I am now been super sized to large...

This is a shame. If your kids look like this someone should report you to Child Services (DYFS in NJ). No reason for that. Her pediatrician should be all over her for that.

My friend and I had a discussion about this very issue, and we both completely agree that it's practically negligence on the parents' part. I mean ****, that kid is eating a freaking ice cream cone in that photo...while she's riding in a stroller...at that size. Just sad that parents don't recognize healthy diets and exercise for children.

Assuming that is Mom in blue in the picture, she looks like she does not have decent eating/ exercise habbits either.

I do my best to eat 6 small meals of lean, healthy foods a day. Fridays and Saturdays I eat/drink whatever I want.

I hope it is pine nuts that you are eating with your pasta! ;)
