not totally positive what this is, to be honest. It's a Farberware branded
knife, but it's not on their site. However, the blade is made with VG10, a
high end stainless steel that most Shun knives are built on. The handle is
Pakkawood, and D-shaped, like most Shun. At this price, I'm going to order
one though. <b>
