Ma po tofu. If you want something spicy and like tofu.
fried flat rice noodle w/ beef
onion pancake - not really a pancake, but more of a harder dough fried with onions scattered in it.
egg and tomato dish - sounds really plain, but it's really good
lai meen - I don't know what you call this in English....pulled noodles I guess. You can anything you want with it.
And for dessert - tofu flower - It's a soft tofu that's drowned in a semi-sweetish, watery sauce. Really good and refreshing.

Delicious Chinese Food
You know what you're talking about.
I love green onion pancakes and ma po tofu is slathered in delicious Sichuan pepper. I'm also quite partial to the egg and tomato dish. It goes well with *drumroll* rice.
I'm going to add a suggestion for hot pot. Hot pot is fantastic.
Hmm, I can think of all kinds of other dishes I like, but I don't know their names in Chinese or English. Ah, the beauty of home cooked food.

I like the flat noodle with beef. It's called Beef Chow Foon and you can order it wet or dry. The difference is the brown sauce it comes with. Either one is great. I like to order beef, tomato and egg over rice.

I like Hunan Chicken, Beef with Broccoli, Moo Goo Gai Pan, Chicken fried rice (only if I know the place is great at making it b/c I got spoiled by a Taiwanese friend of mine), and Crab Rangoons (side dish).

lol...I hope I know what I'm talking about as I'm Chinese. :)
I have yet to perfect the tomato and egg dish...I just can't get the sauce right. Such a simple dish...yet so hard to do..for me anyway.
