Today is the last day to move all your stuff off of geocities.com if you haven't already. Keep in mind that it has 4Mb hourly limit. I have photos I haven't seen in 10 years plus and downloaded them. So get crackin' if you haven't already.

I don't even remember my website address from Geocities. Those were the good old internet days during my college years (Geocities, Netscape 4/5, IRC, and etc).

I tried logging into my 2 original geocities websites and it keeps rejecting me. I've tried password recovery, but that didn't work either. No big loss, but i did want to grab a couple things off of there before the closure.

Some time ago they associated your geocities account to yahoo. So that's how you log in. I used a FF extension called Download them all to get all my images at once.

Of course I remember Mosaic. My school email account was on VAX terminal.
