WTB: Cheapie notebook comp

I'm looking for a glorified word processor. Just something I can use to type up documents while watching TV or something, and maybe watch some VCDs while flying.

What I'm looking for:
P120 or better
32 MB RAM or better
3 GB HD or better
Win 98
Internal (not PCMCIA) CD-ROM or DVD-ROM :eek:
Ideally a 12" screen, but we'll see.

I got a 4.1 lb thinkpad 560, I bought it refurbished recently, and am questioning whether I really need it (I've used it once)

It has 2 batteries (one completely new, the other refurbished), 40mb ram, 2.1 gb hd, p120, 12.1" TFT.

No cd-rom though.

I'll sell cheap if you're interested. Its not worth me posting a price if you're not. I'm in SoCal.
