Not having success with Macy's either

Also, RyanL did you use Macy's card. I am not having luck geting to them to see the customer relations opportunity. The guy I spoke to did say they were honoring the ones with Macy's chage cards.
Next discussion is with a manager.

I posted this message on the other thread, but since I saw this, ill do it again.

" After an hour on the phone and talking with a customer rep., his supervisor, then her supervisor, they finally agreed to fulfilling my purchase. I did have to use my old Macy's card though. They just transfered the order to the other card.
If you dont have a Macys card im not sure what to do though. When I told them about my card being old, they jumped on that tried to convince me that it would have been O.K. if i made the purchase with the card. I just kept reminding them that what they were doing was selecting their customers and that the regular consumer is not valuable and macys cardholders are, since the will only honor those who made the purchase with a macys card. They did not honor my order either. I think it was because i would only pay the shipping charge, the item i got ended up being free. I ordered before alot of other people ordered who still got their orders completed, and i doubt all of them used their macy's cards. I ordered mine on saturday night.
