ot / home intercom systems

who if anyone knows about intercom systems for the home. the foreclosure my daughter is getting. the people who owned it before took the main control panel with them.
i know jack poo about them but she would like to get a replacement. the hole is there in the wall and wires and a transformer. just the head unit is gone :(

in some locations you could connect a security camera to display on one of the channels on your cable box. i know that wasn't the question but it's the only value i have to add to this thread. and - kinda cool :P
