about Targets' great deal on Dreamcast games

Has anyone heard about that Target is going to mark down all kinds of good Dreamcast games to $19.99 on Sunday? is this true?

i actually bought some the other day. i bought the phantom menace pod racer game for $15, and sonic adventure for $20. i also got zombie revenge for $5. they said that they were on sale becuz they were gonna stop carrying them, but i don't know if that just meant those games. if they are gonna do the rest of the games, then i will wait til tomorrow and check it out!

They should have just stuck with making games...too bad...actually the DC is still the best system out...NFL2K1 blows Madden away on the PSX2.

True these titles are at great prices, but unfortuantly newsgroups and ftp prices blow those away.

well, i just bought one and hope that they will opensource the games. if they "go under" and opensource the games, then it could be the best thing for the enduser!

I don't think anyone is expecting Sega to "going under" any time soon. They've also said that they've over a hundred games in development. :)

I took the Target flyer to TRU and they priced matched! I had some TRU credit from a Christmas return, so this was a great deal for me. Sega has announced that after March they will no longer manufacture DC consoles, that doesn't mean that you won't be able to get them anymore. They are going to outsource the manufacture of these. Dreamcast is here to stay (for a while at least!)

i just bought tomb raider chronicles. they were outta quake arena :-( ....so that will be my next one.
