Crimson Skies readme?

I'm trying to play the Crimson Skies demo. But when I tyr to install it, it says that I don't had ADPCM support installed, and I should check the readme. Of course, there is no readme, cause it doesn't get to the part where it extracts anything. So could someone send me the readme? Thanks...
