I went ahead and ordered 50 of both the camleback and the rocket. Spent $15.25, on next day air so hopefully I'll get the items before they realize what's going on. Highly doubtful but it could happen, if I even get one, I'll be happy at that price, this could turn out to be one of those, it could never be true, type of deals if we actually get our stuff.
P.S. You can order up to 999 of each I figured that'd be overkill, although I don't think 25 of each will go unnoticed either.

Yea, NO SH*T IDIOT! Thanks for ruining it for the rest of us. Why does this always happen??? If you people wouldn't get so greedy, then a lot more people could get in on the deals.

Yes it is. Right click on the part you type in your info, and go to properties, and you'll see that it is encrypted.

Ala Macy's style - you know that they are going to balk and not ship - but what the hey - (I wonder how many of us out there really leave our computers long enough to actually use these things. And if any of you wear it while surfing the net - I will hurl)
And why do you guys freak about credit card info over a secure/non secure site? If the card is stolen - get a new one. No big deal. CC companies wont charge you for the items you did not order.

This is so funny. I wonder how many total orders they will receive. Anyone care to contact them and get the results of this great posting?

If you keep looking around the site, I did, since my hubby and I bike, you will notice that the site looks very empty. I was going to actually order some more shorts but they have no clothing at all listed. Looks to be a new store in beta. There is also a lot more that is mis-priced. I very highly doubt that any of the orders go through.

got a call saying orders were cancelled and they asked where i saw the "deal". I just made up a site name and gave it to them. The guy was pretty nice and apologetic for his screw up. Never thought this would go through anyway.

You guys can say whatever you want but everyone here know's it wouldn't have gone through no matter how many orders went through, even if only 1 person bought 1 pack, they still would have cancelled the order. As far as being a dip$hit, I have a perfect 4.0 as a 2nd year junior at Cal Poly. I know when you can get a good deal, and when it's just going to get cancelled. If you really think that they were going to lose $80 on each pack you both are a bunch of morons, (probably the reason why neither one of you will make it to senior memeber.)
helius

I don't believe he meant "dipshit" as in "doesn't know how to take tests"... but rather in the "stupid prick", or "immature enough to think that anyone cares about your GPA" sense. :heh:

First off - A 2nd year junior at Cal Poly with a 4.0 average should not be writing drivel like this. I mean give me a break - my 5 year old can spell and form sentences better than you can threeclaws.
Who the hell uses "Know's" and what the hell is a "Memeber"???? I boggle at your use of the English language and I am flabbergasted that you are still in college earning this miraculous 4.0 gpa... I think you were mistaken in thinking that you are attending a college right now, a more appropriate school of choice would be preschool or school of hard knocks as the fry guy operator.
"Would you like an orange soda with that?" - Threeclaws.
This may be my first post, and I love gotapex, but people like Threeclaws really piss me off.

.....I think anyone and everyone is capable of earning a 4.0 GPA majoring in underwater-basketweaving! Furthermore, this had nothing to do with your academic capacity, although your reply revealed how little you are capable of, I was actually more concerned with how thoughtless and inconsiderate you were in purchasing what you did! Had the retailer actually honored this deal, and I'm not saying they will or will not, your order of 50 would have probably depleted their supply and thus not as many people would have had the opportunity to "get in on this deal".
This is a SHARING deals board, and I would think it would be logical as well as considerate had you not done what you did. Irregardless of whether they will honor the deal or not, your order was, very simply, "not nice"!
Nuff said, now, "SUCK IT!"

Actually it wouldn't be underwater basket weaving, but that is a typical non-academia response. It's actually a double major in electrical/computer engineering. You know the thing your typing on. Also, as of thoughtlessness the reason why I even bothered with this post, even though it was obviously an incorrect price. Some of my college buddies and myself are big brother's, we go biking on the weekends with are little brothers, since none of us can obviously afford paying $80 for a water backpack, I figured if there was even a slight chance this went through then the little bros could really use them, and probably appreciate them quite a bit more than a bunch of people on a post who think this is a "good deal" even though they could very well afford it. Not to mention the thread previous to mine stated, you could order 100 'if you want' it's obvious he too tried to get a number of these. Also, earlier in the thread someone said, I'm going to get in on this deal so I can sell it on EBay for $80. Obviously these are the people that ruin these deals when the get something not even for their own use, but just to make money for themselves.
P.S. I also apologize for my incorrect spelling and grammer, in the previous thread.

Actually, as long as you're apologizing about your grammar, you might wanna apologize about your latest post as well. I maintained a 2.3 GPA throughout college and managed to come away with excellent spelling and grammar skills. It can be done! :)
1)
"You know the thing your typing on."
This should be the following:
"You know the thing you're typing on."
2)
"Some of my college buddies and myself are big brother's, we go biking on the weekends with are little brothers,"
This should be the following:
"Some of my college buddies and myself are big brothers. We go biking on the weekends with our little brothers."
3)
"P.S. I also apologize for my incorrect spelling and grammer, in the previous thread."
This shoud be the following:
"P.S. I also apologize for my incorrect spelling and grammar, in the previous thread and in this one."

"You know the thing your typing on." -- This is not even a sentence, also "your" should be "you're" or "you are".
"Also, as of thoughtlessness the reason why I even bothered with this post, even though it was obviously an incorrect price."-- This is an incomplete sentence as well, I am not sure where you were going with this sentence...
"Some of my college buddies and myself are big brother's, we go biking on the weekends with are little brothers, since none of us can obviously afford paying $80 for a water backpack, I figured if there was even a slight chance this went through then the little bros could really use them, and probably appreciate them quite a bit more than a bunch of people on a post who think this is a "good deal" even though they could very well afford it." -- Jesus, could you have a longer sentence ?? It is like the Energizer Bunny, it keeps going and going and going. Also notice your grammar error for "big brother's".
"Obviously these are the people that ruin these deals when the get something not even for their own use, but just to make money for themselves." -- Again, we see a problem with spelling - "when the get something" should be I am sure "when they get something".
"P.S. I also apologize for my incorrect spelling and grammer, in the previous thread." -- You spelled grammar wrong... maybe you should go back and take that English 101 class again from your Freshman year in that fake "college" you attend. Maybe you are just saving all those 'hard' english classes for your senior year....

WTG Alaskadan, you were right on the money. For some one who claims to have a 4.0 gpa in a college like Cal Poly, it sure didn't show in his posts.
I never went to college myself, but people who make that many errors in spelling and grammar just piss me off. I really find no excuse for that in this day and age. Every one of us should be able to form coherent and well thought out sentences, with out having to spend a fortune on a worthless piece of paper that you can hang on your wall.
Just remember this lesson the next time you attempt to brag about your 'Elite' GPA at your precious college.

Has anyone noticed it is almost all newbies who are doing the bashing? You guys obviously haven't been around long enough to learn the rules. No flaming on here, please. Thank you.
