I have a Dell Inspiron 9100 that takes... CORSAIR 1GB 200-Pin DDR SO-DIMM DDR 400 (PC 3200) Laptop Memory Model VS1GSDS400
and a Toshiba Satellite a85-s107 that takes CORSAIR 1GB 200-Pin DDR SO-DIMM DDR 333 (PC 2700) Laptop Memory Model VS1GSDS333

My question is, they are both 200 pin, the Dell is a dead computer, can I put the memory from the Dell into the Toshiba?

It depends... most likely it will work.

I've put higher clocked memory into PCs before and had it work before.

You won't hurt the Toshiba by trying... worst that will happen is that it won't boot after you re-start.. but that just puts you back to square one if it does that.
