SDC-80 Digital Camera

Sad to see it, but there is a better deal on the SDC-80 Digital Camera that Apex is listing. If you buy it from the edu.com website themselves(which is where the rebate was found), you'll save another $20, making it a truly nice deal. However, Amazon isnt a bad choice either b/c edu.com has the camera backordered, and im not sure how long that would mean I would have to wait.

Does anyone have any example shots from this camera? Id love to see the quality of its photos.

I just bought the blue camera from Amazon.com and I hope that it will arrive in two weeks. Question- what is the PC interface that is used on this camera? USB? Parallel? Something I have no clue about?

I believe it's serial. But you probably received the camera long ago and already know that.

I know a lot of you got in on this camera with the $150 MCI GC and the $50 coupon back in december or whenever. I wasn't as lucky but still bought it from amazon in january with some money left over from the $150 Gift certificate.

My question is: Has anybody received the $100 rebate because there was some confusion since the rebate was from edu.com?

The rebate was from samsung - and it's still going on (good deal w/ some amazon coupons). The rebate was on the edu.com site, however. And still is.
