Problems with Rebates? (Printer + Scanner Combo)

After reading the problem with the TDK velo CD rebate, i was wondering if anyone had problems with the Printer Scanner rebate from Lexmark and UMAX.

i bought a cannon printer.. from amazon.. that came with a $50 MIR nov 23... still haven't seem that one...

I also bought pnasonic DVD player from amazon.. with a $50 MIR... in early december.... haven't seen that one either!!!
