not had it for 30 days and its dead .i drop it last night and today i wake up to find its dead and wont charge .:(

some credit cards will give you 30 day protection for free (i believe most amex does). you can also go to the carier and try to sweet talk them into helping you out, fessing up, and saying you should've bought protection, but didn't... etc etc, but if they gave you a new one, you'd buy the insurance.

SPRINT EXCHANGED IT FOR A BRAND NEW ONE. :)
i was so lucky that the dot didn't change to pink as i drop it into the toilet last night but it fell in face first and got pulled out before the water got past the protective hard case i have on it.
new lesson learned don't talk on phone while in using the toilet :)
did also learn that the sd card only holds your mp3s,pictures and notes. contact info is saved on line when or if you use there back up computer software.

My mini usb seems to have detached itself from the motherboard. Nextel/Sprint is UPSing a replacement..whew..good think I have the cradle charger.

FYI Nextel 8350i is a POS, no make that a BIG POS.
