Any Excel gurus around? I could use some help...

Anyone know how to copy a contiguous range of cells from one file and then paste it to a non-contiguous range of cells in another file? The non-contiguous range is due to the second file being filtered and whatnot.

is there a formula you're using to copy them contiguously/non-contiguously?

would vlookup be the better formula for that?
